This list was built from city health permit records, and permit records miss people — especially trucks and pop-ups permitted under an LLC name that never matches the name on the awning. If you are not here, that is a gap in our data, not a judgement about your food.
What to send us
- Business name as customers know it
- Where to find you — a street address, or where the truck parks and on which days
- The name on your health permit, if it differs from your trading name. This is the single most useful thing you can give us: it is how we locate your inspection record, and it is the reason most trucks are missing from this list.
- Your Metro Health licence number if you happen to know it
What it costs, and what it does not buy
Nothing, and nothing. Getting listed is free. There is no featured tier, no paid placement, and no way to buy a higher Bird Score — yours will be calculated from your public inspection record using the same published formula as everyone else's, and it may not be flattering.
We will also not remove a low score for money. If your record improves, your score improves, because it is recalculated from the city's data every time we refresh.
Something on your page is wrong
Tell us and we will check it against the Metro Health portal and correct it within 48 hours. Useful things to include: your licence number, which figure is wrong, and what the correct one is.
The most common real problem is a stale record — you have been inspected since we last refreshed. Send us the date and we will pull it.
Right of reply
If your inspection record is accurate but you think it reads unfairly — the violation was corrected on the spot, the location changed hands, the truck was down for a rebuild — send us a short note and we will publish it on your page alongside the record. We will not delete a public record, but we will let you speak next to it.
